Our IPL system emits a gentle beam of light that passes through the skin, to the hair follicle, where it is absorbed. The energy is then transformed into heat, which disables the follicle, leaving the surrounding area relatively unchanged.

This is the only system that is FDA approved for the treatment of scars and stretch marks (Striae).
